Hello, Everybody, Welcome to SkinCare. If you came here through another titled medium or sub domain name, don't fret, you're in the right place. We have a Free Information Page and two or three Index Pages for addressing specific skin care issues. But before you have to spend any money, the first thing you should do is go to the library and take out "Wrinkle Cure" and "Look Younger-Live Longer" by Dr Nicholas Perricone. Also read any books by Dr's Mark Hyman and Imre Nagy about skin care.
In general and of great importance there are a few steps to improve the health of your skin.
1. The Skin must be hydrated-drink at least 8 glasses of fluids per day.
2. Among those glasses you should include Chinese or Argentinian Green
Tea-loose-from a box NOT TEABAGS. Green tea is an anti-oxidant and
metabolism speeder-upper, good for the skin. The more you drink-the better.
3. Eat all the fresh fruits and vegetables you can and include low-fat yogurt.
4. Make sure your diet includes sufficient fish oils, olive oil, and nut oils.
5. Cut down considerably on eating red meats. Eat more chicken than red-meat. Eat still more FISH than Meat.
THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING BASICS OF SKINCARE DIET
